Bible Study

 

Bible Study meets on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am and Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm in the Parish Hall.  We invite all men and women of Santiago to participate in this opportunity to grown in wisdom and grace.

 

Bible Study is a friendly, safe, comfortable environment that allows people to participate with others on life's journey.  The study is like sharing a meal:

  1. 1)  Personal  preparation is the "appetizer" - (God wets your appetite for somthing more).
  1. 2)  Small group sharing is the "pot-luck" entré - (everyone brings something to the table to share).
  1. 3)  Break time is fellowship and nourishment for the body, a time to grow in faith and understanding.
  1. 4)  Lecture is the "dessert", putting the frosting on the lesson.
It is a complete and filling food for the soul.


Bible Study has existed at Santiago for 30 years and offers a wonderful way to have your "faith seeking understanding" (St. Augustine)
