As a community, we pray for our brothers and sisters well being, in body and in spirit. If you would like to add someone to our prayer intentions, please contact the Rectory at 949-951-8599.
Prayer of the Faithful
During the Mass, the Lector will read the Prayer of the Faithful, where we include the names of those who are ill, those who have just passed away, and for the anniversary of death of our loved ones. To have the name of your loved one added, please call the Rectory.
Mass Intentions
You may also want to offer up a Mass for someone, living or deceased, in a Mass Intention. It is the custom of the Catholic Church that priests remember specific intentions at the celebration of the Eucharist. Normally, a small offering or stipend (customarily $10) is given for a Mass Intention. Anyone can request a particular intention for which a Mass can be offered. Mass cards, to be given to the family of a deceased person for whom a Mass is to be offered or to be given to the living person for whose intentions a Mass is to be offered, are available when requesting a Mass intention. Please come to the Rectory to schedule a Mass Intention during our weekday office hours.
Bulletin & Website Sick List
To have the name of an ill loved one published for prayer request in either the Bulletin or on the Website, please call the Rectory. The names will be removed by request, or at the beginning of the new year. If at the end of the year prayers for a particular individual are still required, please call the Rectory to keep that name on the list.
"Pink" Prayer Cards
In the vestibule of the church you can find the "Pink" Prayer Cards and a box that contains filled out cards. For your special intentions, please fill out a prayer request and place the card in the box. The prayers are left in the box so they are confidential between you and God. The box is prayed over daily for a month during the Rosary following daily Mass, and placed before the Blessed Sacrament on the First Friday of the month.
