The "journey" to full inculsion into the Catholic faith begins with necessary and essential information.  This form is designed to provide that essential information for the R.C.I.A. Director so that he may taylor fit a program based on your needs and desires for your full communion into the Catholic Church. 

 

The information you provide will only be submitted to the R.C.I.A. Director and is handled with confidentiality.  No information is shared with any other outside source, or staff member beyond the R.C.I.A. Department.
